1. Information Collected

CV Box ("the application") collects the following information:

• Account information: First name, last name, email address
• CV data: Work experience, education, skills, certifications, photo and all other fields included in the user's CV
• Device information: Application version, operating system version (for error reporting purposes only)
• Usage data: Error reports (via Sentry)

2. Use of Data

The collected data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Creating, editing and exporting CVs as PDF
• Account management and authentication
• Detecting and fixing application errors
• Improving user experience

3. Data Sharing

Your data is not shared, sold or rented to any third parties.

4. Data Retention

• Your account and CV data is stored as long as your account is active
• When your account is deleted, all data is permanently removed
• Error reports are stored for 90 days

5. Data Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS encrypted connections
• Passwords are hashed and stored using bcrypt
• JWT token-based authentication is used
• The database is protected against unauthorized access

6. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

• Access and correct their data
• Delete their account (all data is permanently removed)
• Opt out of email notifications
• Request information about data processing activities
