Automating enterprise processes with hierarchical approval systems
Employee creates a leave request, the system automatically calculates the leave duration and saves it to the database.
The leave request enters the approval process, the system automatically reads the approval chain and starts the hierarchical flow.
Example: Employee → Manager → HR Director. When each step is completed, automatic notification goes to the next approver.
When all approvals are completed, the leave request is approved. If rejected, it returns to the beginning for revision.
